Yes, pre-registration is required to secure your specific 15-minute time slot, as each slot has a limited capacity of 8 participants. While walk-ins are welcome if space and time permits, priority will be given to those who have RSVP'd.
You will select your preferred 15-minute time slot (e.g., 12:00-12:15 PM, 12:15-12:30 PM, etc.) when you register for the event.
Please come dressed in professional or business casual attire. Think about what you would wear to an interview or a professional networking event. Solid colors often work best. Beyond attire, consider other elements that contribute to a polished professional look. While optional, ensuring your hair is styled, beards are trimmed, and any desired makeup is applied can significantly enhance your final headshot.
Each individual headshot session is part of a specific 15-minute time slot, which you will share with other participants. The actual picture-taking for each person will be very quick (maximum of two shots) to ensure everyone in your group gets their turn. The entire process, from signing in to completing your photos, should not take more than 15 minutes. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you are ready for your slot.
We will collect your email address. You will receive a unique number during your session to match you with your photos. Your professionally edited headshots will be sent to your email address within approximately one to two weeks after the event. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access and download your photos.
