This is your chance to meet with local employers who are actively looking to hire skilled professionals from your field. Connect directly with hiring managers, learn about open positions, and explore career paths within a variety of healthcare disciplines.

Questions & Answers
Update and Print Your Resume: Have your resume ready to go and bring at least 10-15 printed copies to hand out to employers. You can also visit Career Connections at careerconnections@cccti.edu for free help with your resume and interview preparation.
Dress Professionally: We encourage you to wear business casual attire. However, if you are coming directly from a class or clinicals, your scrubs are a perfectly acceptable professional option.
Be Ready to Pitch Your Skills: Practice a quick "elevator pitch"—a 30-second introduction that highlights your skills, experience, and the type of position you are seeking.
Prepare to Network: Since you won't know exactly which employers will be there, preparing to talk about your qualifications for a variety of healthcare roles will set you up for success.
We are projecting to have around 35 employers and some higher education partners will be in attendance, representing a wide range of local healthcare organizations. This provides an excellent opportunity to explore diverse career paths.
